Job Summary
L&T Construction is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and maintain BIM
models for building, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The role
involves creating accurate 3D models, preparing engineering drawings,
coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards
and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and update BIM models using Revit and related BIM tools.

Create architectural, structural, and MEP models and drawings.

Support multidisciplinary design coordination and clash detection
activities.

Generate plans, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.

Incorporate design revisions and maintain model accuracy throughout the
project lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to project BIM execution plans, standards, and client
requirements.

Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for model deliverables.
Requirements
-
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.

5–10 years of experience in BIM Modeling.

Proficiency in
Revit,
AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.

Experience in building, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and construction practices.
