Lead– Electrical Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:   

• Basic and Detailed Engineering experience in Electrical Design of Refinery, Petrochemical and Fertilizer projects. 
• Should have proven abilities to lead the design team of engineers for activities related to Electrical engineering, procurement, Factory Acceptance Testing and dispatch.  
• Should have handled at least one project independently in Lead Engineer role directly facing Client in recent years. Experience with clients like Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, KOC, Qatar Energy is preferred.  
• Should be capable of delivering large/mega projects within schedule, manhour and budget constraints. Responsibilities include coordinating with other engineering disciplines, vendors, EPC teams and end-clients.
• Responsible for providing technical guidance to the team, reviewing and approving drawings/documents, performing electrical calculations, system design, procurement support for electrical equipment and mechanical packages, and review of plant and building layouts.

·          Candidates should be flexible to travel long term /short term to various project sites and client / consultant offices based on the project requirement for document approval and resolution of site technical issues during execution.

·          Strong knowledge of IEC/IEEE/IS standards and experience with major Clients/PMCs (ADNOC, PDO, Saudi Aramco, EIL, etc.) is essential. Familiarity with ETAP, PSCAD, SPEL and 3D tools is an added advantage.
