Advance proficiency in power systems analysis software ETAP, PSCAD and
other related tools with connection study experience.

Strong knowledge of power systems principles, equipment and protection
schemes.

Strong understanding of relevant technical and safety standards (IEC,
IEEE, NFPA)
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Conduct design and analysis of electrical power systems, including
generation, transmission and distribution. Experience in GCC countries
would be an added advantage.

Perform electrical system studies including but not limited to
o
Load Flow Analysis
o
Short Circuit Analysis
o
Motor Starting Studies
o
Transient Stability Analysis
o
Harmonic Analysis
o
Relay Setting & Coordination
o
CT/PT Sizing
o
Arc Flash Hazard Analysis
o
Insulation coordination studies
o
Switching Transient Analysis
o
Power Factor Management studies
o
EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Studies

Conduct data collection, modelling, analysis and interpretation to support
project requirements.

Independently prepare technical reports, presentations to clients and
other stakeholders.

Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and client use

Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Participate in client meetings, technical reviews, and project planning
-
Experience with client/ PMC like ADNOC, PDO, Saudi Aramco, EIL is
preferred.

Candidates should be flexible to travel long term /short term to various
project sites and client / consultant offices based on the project
requirement for document approval and resolution of site technical issues
during execution.
