Lead – Mechanical Packages

Minimum Qualification	B.Tech /B.E. Mechanical.
Experience	At least 15 years of relevant experience.

Role Description:

• Study of Technical Specifications
• Preparation/ review of Material Requisition / RFQ which consists of scope of work & supply, drawings & documents required, applicable project specification, codes & standards, quality, safety and inspection requirements.
• Preparation/ Review of Technical bid evaluation (TBE) based on different quotation from Vendors. Participation in Kick off meetings & technical clarification meetings
• Interdisciplinary Co-ordination with various engineering disciplines
• Review/ approval of Vendor prints for Data Sheets, P&ID, GADs for items mentioned under “Technical Competency”.
• Package 3D Model Review and Comment resolution
• Preparation of Civil Load List, Electrical Load List & Erection Work Volumes

• Experience in Package Equipment’s :
• Chemical Injection Package / Dosing system / metering pumps as per API 675
• Instrument Air compressor Package
• Dryer Package
• Nitrogen Generation Package
• Refrigeration Package
• Hydrogen PSA Package
• Hydrogen Membrane Package
• EOT Crane, Hoists
• Conveyors & Crusher
• Pneumatic material conveying system
• Side Stream Filter Package for Cooling Tower
• Cooling Tower & Cooling Tower Dosing System
• Waste water treatment WWTP Package
• DM water package
• STP Sewage water treatment plant
• Effluent water treatment ETP
• Produced water treatment
• Induced gas floatation pkg
• Dissolved gas floatation pkg
• Nutshell filter pkg
• Sludge handling system
• Familiar with International codes & standards API, CTI, IS, BS, ASME etc.
• Preferred to have experience for above mentioned Packages/ equipment handled in Petroleum refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fertilizers and Oil & Gas industries.
