Role: Sales Director / Client Partner
Location: East Coast /central/west coast

Role Overview
The Client Partner will drive end-to-end revenue growth across strategic
accounts
and new logos within the Industrial Products, Energy Management, and
Intelligent
Systems sectors.
This role is a pure individual contributor position with full ownership of
sales
performance, including hunting, farming, and portfolio expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
Own and deliver annual revenue targets (quota-carrying role) for North
America.
Manage a portfolio of accounts (existing + new logos) with complete
P&L
responsibility.
Drive both hunting (new business acquisition) and farming (account growth
& expansion).
Business Development & Account Growth
Identify and develop new opportunities across engineering and R&D
services.
Build strong CXO-level relationships to unlock strategic engagements.
Expand footprint within existing clients through cross-sell/up-sell
initiatives.
Client Engagement & Solutioning
Understand client product portfolios such as:
o Power distribution systems
o Energy automation & controls
o Digital power management
o Connected/IoT-enabled products
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to propose customized
solutions in:
o Energy-efficient systems
o Smart grid technologies
o Industrial automation
Sales Execution
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
(quarterly/monthly/annual).
Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery.
Strategic Contribution
Identify new market trends and whitespace opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and GTM strategies.
Leverage offshore/global delivery model for competitive positioning.
Target Client Base
Experience in managing or selling into organizations such as:
Eaton
Schneider Electric
ABB
Siemens
Similar Industrial / Electrical / Energy product companies
Candidate Profile
8–15 years of total experience, including:
o 5–10 years in business development in the US market
o 4–8 years selling ER&D / engineering services to Industrial Products
domain
Strong understanding of:
o Electrical systems / Automation / Energy management
o Industrial IoT / Digital transformation
Proven track record in:
o Revenue generation & quota achievement
o Client stakeholder engagement at CXO level
Experience with global delivery / offshore models
Team handling experience (optional but preferred)
