Sales Hunter
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and penetrate hitech accounts (Domain - OEM,
ODM,
SASE, ISV, etc)
- Pipeline Generation: Develop and execute strategic territory plans to build
a
robust, high-value sales pipeline of net-new logos.
- Deal Pursuit: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial cold outreach to
RFP/RFI responses, solution positioning, proposal defense, and contract
negotiations.
- Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed aggressive annual Total
Contract
Value (TCV) and Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets.
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives
(CIO,
CTO, CEO, CFO) and key business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven enterprise sales experience in the IT/Software Services
industry, specifically selling for global delivery models
(Onshore/Nearshore/Offshore).
- Documented success in consistently closing multi-million dollar deals and
securing net-new logo accounts (hunting)
