Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing FinTech Hunter to drive new business
acquisition across the Financial Services & FinTech ecosystem in North
America.
This is a pure individual contributor role, focused on net new logo
acquisition, strategic deal closures, and expanding the organization’s
footprint within financial institutions, and FinTech companies.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong hunter mindset, deep industry
connects, and a proven ability to sell engineering/technology solutions in
the FinTech space.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition

Drive end-to-end sales cycle with a strong focus on hunting new logos

Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in the FinTech / Financial
Services domain

Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across target markets
Sales Strategy & Execution
-
Develop and execute a territory and account acquisition strategy

Position technology solutions/software & platform solutions aligned to
client business needs

Drive large deal pursuits, proposals, and negotiations
Client Engagement

Build and maintain strong CXO and senior stakeholder relationships

Understand client priorities and align solutions to deliver business
impact
Collaboration

Work closely with solutioning, pre-sales, and delivery teams for deal
conversion

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and
client satisfaction
Required Experience & Qualifications
-
10–18 years of experience in sales/business development within FinTech or
Financial Services
-
Proven track record in net new logo acquisition (hunting)
-
Strong experience in selling Technology services & Solutions /IT
services

Deep understanding of Financial Services, and FinTech landscape

Established network within target accounts and decision-makers
