Provide strategic data sets to the reporting manager about the activities
undertaken.

Contribute to automating the processes.

Drive and engage employees on the application for their performance
tracking

Conceptualise and Launch contest from time to time to achieve the business
goals
·
Drive the business campaigns effectively across all the channels
·
Launch privilege rewards and recognition programme across business
functions.
·
Manage domestic and international tours
