Job Summary:

The Planning Executive is responsible for production planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products. The role involves optimizing resources, maintaining inventory levels, and aligning production plans with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with purchase for timely procurement
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Track production progress and update status reports regularly
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and delays
• Maintain inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG) as per defined norms
• Generate and maintain MIS reports and production dashboards
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure adherence to standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling
