Patient Care Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Patient Care Specialist at Marbles Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative brain healthcare solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that patients feel comfortable and supported during their treatment sessions, helping redefine standards of care in psychiatry and neurology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit patients at their homes or clinics to conduct treatment sessions using our portable neuromodulation device.
• Set up the device and expertly follow training guidelines to ensure effective treatment delivery.
• Engage with patients, answering their questions and providing reassurance throughout the treatment process.
• Document each visit with a short note detailing the session and patient feedback.
• Manage travel to and from patient locations, with travel costs fully covered.
• Maintain a professional and caring demeanor, fostering a positive experience for every patient.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in client servicing; experience in healthcare or the medical field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and patient-focused approach.
• Reliability and punctuality, with a willingness to perform fieldwork.
• Access to a personal 2-wheeler is preferred to facilitate travel to patient locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service roles within healthcare settings.
• A background in psychology, nursing, or similar fields is advantageous.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and treatment protocols.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
