Job Summary:
As a person under this role at Marbles Health, you will spearhead innovative
pull-marketing initiatives that attract psychiatrists and neurologists to our
clinically backed brain health solutions. Your role is pivotal in cultivating
trust and credibility, ensuring that doctors are pre-warmed and ready to
engage with our field sales team, ultimately driving long-term patient care
and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute targeted doctor-facing marketing channels, including a
clinical evidence newsletter and a strong LinkedIn presence tailored for
psychiatrists.

Organize and lead monthly peer-led webinars and CME-style sessions to
present tDCS evidence, enhancing demand through trusted voices in the field.

Oversee our presence at key psychiatry conferences (IPS, state chapters) by
managing booth strategy, securing speaker slots, and capturing leads
effectively.

Develop compelling case studies and peer testimonials from prescribing
doctors to build a robust referral network.

Capture, qualify, and route inbound signals—such as webinar registrations
and direct referrals—into scheduled meetings for our field representatives.

Design pre-meeting content sequences that warm up outbound leads by
providing them with relevant evidence prior to field visits.

Measure the effectiveness of marketing channels and content, continually
refining strategies based on conversions and doctor feedback.
Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing, medical
communications, or demand generation targeted at healthcare professionals.

Ability to comprehend clinical literature and translate complex findings
into accessible, trustworthy content for psychiatrists.

Proven track record of building an audience or sales pipeline, such as
newsletters, webinar programs, or community engagement funnels.

Exceptional writing skills, as effective communication is key to building
trust within the medical community.

Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in a southern Indian language is
advantageous.

Bonus: Background in life sciences, pharmacy, or psychology, and familiarity
with WhatsApp Business API.

Established relationships within the Indian psychiatry community are highly
valued.
