Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager with a
strong background in doctor channels/hospital management, ideally within
neurology, psychiatry in pharmaceutical/medical devices industry. The ideal
candidate will bring an established network of doctors and psychiatrists, a
deep understanding of the healthcare sector, and the ability to work
independently within their designated territory — implementing strategic sales
initiatives and driving adoption of EASE through direct engagement with
doctors.
Locations: Gurugram / Mumbai / Bengaluru / Hyderabad
Must-Haves
● Prior experience working in neurology or psychiatry — either in sales,
clinical liaison, or a related capacity
● An existing network of doctors and psychiatrists in your region
● Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in your region
Key Responsibilities
● Achieve set Sales targets
● Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute effective sales strategies in the
field to achieve sales targets
● Daily Doctor Visits: Meet with 6–8 specialty doctors daily, presenting and
promoting our products to drive sales
● Doctor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors,
particularly psychologists or psychiatrists, to promote and sell EASE
● Product Promotion: Communicate the benefits of our innovative mental health
solutions and encourage doctors to adopt and recommend our device
● Market Knowledge: Utilize extensive area knowledge to identify and
capitalize on sales opportunities
● Independent Work: Operate independently within the designated area,
demonstrating
strong self-motivation and the ability to achieve sales goals without direct
supervision
Qualifications
● Education: any degree is fine
● Experience: 4+ years of sales experience in Medical Devices, Big Ticket
Sales, or the Doctor channel within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry;
experience in neuro or psychiatry-related work strongly preferred
● Network: Demonstrated network of doctors and psychiatrists
● Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive skills, ability to work
independently, strong area knowledge
● Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages specific to
the region
