Product Manager

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of our product line, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role directly influences product development, market positioning, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to iteratively improve the product.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Passion for technology and understanding of current market trends and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
• Experience working in SaaS or digital product environments.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
