Hiring: Formulation Scientist – Personal Care R&D - EGYPT
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Formulation Scientist to join the R&D team for personal care product development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in formulation development, stability testing, process optimization, and new product development within the FMCG/personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize personal care formulations.

Work on alternative raw materials for performance and cost optimization.

Conduct laboratory batches and stability studies.

Support pilot scale-up activities and commercial batch execution.

Perform analytical evaluations for formulation stability.

Handle complete New Product Development (NPD) activities.

Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams.

Train production and quality teams on formulation processes and specifications.

Interact with customers regarding formulation trials and observations.

Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in Personal Care R&D.

Strong knowledge of formulation and process development.

Hands-on experience in stability testing and pilot trials.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

B.E/B.Tech Chemical Engineering

B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry

B.Pharm/M.Pharm
