🎓 Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech – IT / Computer Science
• B.Sc – Computer Science
• 3-Year Diploma – IT / Computer Science

Required Skills:
✔ Windows Troubleshooting
✔ Microsoft Office 365 & Outlook Support
✔ Basic Networking (LAN, RJ45, Router & Switch)
✔ Ticketing Tools (P1/P2/P3/P4)
✔ RIM Support
✔ BitLocker Knowledge
✔ Outlook PST/OST & Backup
✔ VPN, POP3, SMTP & IMAP Configuration
✔ Network & Shared Printer Support
✔ Windows 32-bit & 64-bit
✔ Incident Management, SLA & TAT
✔ Compliance & Patching Activities
