recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback
- Salary negotiation and offer rollout
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Build talent pipeline and achieve hiring targets
