Job Summary:
The Sugar Mill Spare Parts Manufacturing Specialist will play a pivotal role
in our workshop by overseeing the manufacturing and repair of essential spare
parts for sugar factories. This position is crucial for ensuring operational
efficiency and reliability in our production processes, contributing

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture and repair spare parts for sugar mills, including rollers,
mills, fibrizors, chains, sprockets, EOT cranes, and grabbers.

Collaborate with engineering teams to identify parts specifications and
enhancements for improved performance and durability.

Utilize precision machinery and tools to execute fabrication and repair work
following industry standards.

Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure all products meet
stringent safety and performance guidelines.

Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, ensuring timely availability
for manufacturing operations.

Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in spare parts manufacturing

Requirements:

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in spare parts manufacturing,
preferably within the sugar mill industry.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes related to rollers, mills,
fibrizors, chains, sprockets, EOT cranes, and grabbers.

Proficiency in operating CNC machines and other precision manufacturing
equipment.
