Field Application Engineer (FAE)
Job Summary:
The Field Application Engineer (FAE) will play a pivotal role in bridging the
gap between our technical team and customers in the electro-mechanical domain.
With expertise in connectors, resistors, cables, circuits, antennas,
inductors, and relays, you will provide technical training and sales support,
ensuring that our clients fully understand and appreciate our innovative
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert technical support to sales teams and customers, assisting
with the integration of products into various applications.

Deliver comprehensive technical training and product demonstrations to
clients to enhance their understanding and effective usage of our offerings.

Collaborate with R&D teams to offer customer feedback and insights that will
shape product development and enhancements.

Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and address any technical
challenges related to electro-mechanical products.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote
customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business.

Prepare and deliver presentations on product specifications, applications,
and use cases to varied audiences.

Assist in the creation of technical documentation, sales materials, and case
studies showcasing successful implementations of our products.
Requirements:

A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in the electro-mechanical domain,
preferably in a field application or technical support role.

Strong knowledge of various electro-mechanical components including
connectors, resistors, cables, circuits, antennas, inductors, and relays.

Proven ability to provide technical training and support to internal teams
and external clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
convey complex technical concepts clearly.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to addressing
technical challenges.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is a plus.

Experience with product design and integration in industries such as
telecommunications, automotive, or consumer electronics.

Familiarity with software tools for design simulations and analysis related
to electro-mechanical components.
