Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead creative projects that shape our brand's identity and facilitate communication through visual storytelling. This role requires a blend of artistic expertise and leadership skills, particularly in managing a team and collaborating with various stakeholders, including government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for diverse projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual solutions that align with client objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a creative work environment.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to translate project requirements into compelling design concepts.
• Oversee the execution of graphics for various mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia campaigns.
• Conduct regular design reviews to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience handling government projects within an advertising agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and effective design solutions across various platforms.
• Expert proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing marketing materials for public sector campaigns.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience in web and app design.
