Pos ition Summary

Sr. Software Engineer will lead D365 Commerce POS development, deployment, and integration initiatives across Columbia Sportswear retail stores and global retail operations.

Job Specifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of MPOS/ePOS development experience 
• Strong expertise in: 
  • MPOS/CPOS 
  • CRT 
  • Retail Server
  • Hardware Station 
  • X++ 
  • TypeScript 
  • C# 
• Experience with Retail SDK and extensibility framework 
• Experience supporting live POS environments 
• Experience integrating payment systems and third-party applications 
• Strong troubleshooting skills 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop MPOS/CPOS customizations 
• Support production POS systems across stores 
• Troubleshot payment and deployment issues 
• Coordinate with retail operations teams during incidents 
• Support POS deployments and rollouts 
• Configure Retail Server and Hardware Station 
• Build integrations with third-party systems 
• Participate in Agile development and release activities 

Ensure up time and stability of POS environments
