Recipe Authoring, Master recipe configuration, Factory Talk Pharmasuite (FTPS)

Technical/Functional Skills 

• Hands on experience on Recipe Authoring, Master recipe configuration using the recipe designer tool.
• Ability to design, develop, configure master recipes in Factory Talk Pharmasuite (FTPS) Rockwell Pharmasuite.
• Hands on experience with the Rockwell FTPC and FTPS version 9.2 and version 11 installation and setup .
• Hands on implementation of custom files system based IDOC exchange SAP-MES integrator by using in-built FactoryTalk ProductionCentre (FTPC) capabilities
• Hands on experience with troubleshooting skills in the issues related to batch related, access management, production reviewer, idoc processing, equipment data, scale etc.
• Knowledge & understanding of Pharma Manufacturing business process.
• Good understanding on the Pharmasuite Architecture.
• Should understand SDLC/ITIL scrum concepts.
• Good understanding on the incident management, Problem management and change management.
• Good analytical troubleshooting and problem skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Expected to be client centric as a work culture.
• Must be able to work independently. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the customization of master recipes of Pharmasuite application
• Developing Functional Specification (FS) & Design Specifications (DS) for MES applications including Recipe Procedures, Unit Procedures, Operations, and Unit Classes, Phase classes and Equipment modules for Pharmaceutical Process.
• Provide support to team on application functioning & architecture.
• Configuration of Master data like Equipment, Material etc
• Working with project team in Agile / Kanban way to deliver value early & often to business users.
• Support L1, L2 and L3 level incident tickets.
• Manage problems and change management.
• Willing to work for deployment and support if required.
