SAP Basis Consultant
Job Summary:
As an SAP Basis Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing and
supporting our SAP system landscape. Your expertise in SAP administration will
ensure optimal system performance, security, and availability, directly
contributing to the operational success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and monitor SAP systems to ensure high availability, reliability,
and performance.

Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep
systems current.

Troubleshoot system issues and performance problems, collaborating with
functional teams to resolve complex scenarios.

Conduct system backup and recovery procedures, ensuring data integrity and
availability in case of failures.

Configure and maintain user access permissions and security settings across
SAP environments.

Document system architecture, processes, and procedures to support knowledge
sharing and compliance.

Participate in SAP project implementations, providing technical insights and
support related to Basis components.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an SAP Basis Consultant or similar role within a
corporate environment.

In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and related database systems.

Strong understanding of system architecture concepts, security models, and
transport management.

Experience with performance tuning and optimizing SAP applications and
databases.

Familiarity with operating systems, particularly Linux and Windows, in SAP
environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong analytical
capabilities.

Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a
team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in SAP Basis or related technologies (e.g., SAP
