Production Executive – Printing Outsourcing

·       Highest Qualification : Diploma / Degree – Printing Technology.

Total Experience : Min. 5 year Experience in relevant Printing Industry

KRA / Deliverables of the position:

·         Analysing Each Job keeping in mind the Processes involved, Quantity and Delivery Timelines.

·         Planning Sequence of Jobs to be taken for Printing / processing Inhouse wrt criticality, colour combinations, quantity & timelines.

·         Planning schedule of printing at Printers’ end and ensuring adherence of the same.

·         Keeping a Track of all jobs scheduled outsourcing jobs

·         Planning to Forward Printed jobs to further processes / convertors

·         Ensuring Quality and Quantity of the Jobs printed along with Correct Documentations.

·         Making sure all Invoices and Queries are cleared in time for processing @ Accounts.

·   Machine die/ tool validation & Process control Parameters

·   Product understanding

·    Production Order specifications/ records

·    Ensuring On-time Deliveries and Top Quality performance of all Jobs
