Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-functional Consultant Experience : 5 – 8 Years of experience Description : We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM applications. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and providing technical solutions to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Fusion HCM development, customizations, Fusion reporting tools, and integration with various Oracle cloud solutions, including BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation and Configuration: o Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Self Service). o Experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud and Oracle Time & Labor will be considered as a plus point. o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 2. Techno-Functional Expertise: o Act as a bridge between technical and functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with system capabilities. o Provide expertise in data migration, integration, and reporting using Oracle Fusion HCM tools. 3. Customization and Extensions: o Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using Oracle Fusion HCM tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, etc.). o Design and implement custom solutions using PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, HDL ( HCM Data Loader), and Web Services. 4. Support and Troubleshooting: o Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system defects. o Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system issues. 5. Training and Documentation: o Train end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities and best practices. o Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and user manuals. 6. Upgrades and Enhancements: o Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM releases and new features. o Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve business processes. Technical Skills & Experience: · Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for application integrations is a plus point. · Experience in VBCS, Sandbox Customization/Personalization, Groovy Expressions. · Deep understanding of Fusion dashboards and custom reports. Personal Skills: · Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively. · Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to resolving technical challenges. · Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure. · Customer-focused with a commitment to achieving results and delivering high-quality solutions. · Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
