SAP Ariba Integration – Part-Time Project For a long-term integration project, we are looking for support in the area of SAP Ariba integration. The focus is on the technical support, further development, and stabilization of existing interfaces between SAP Ariba and other enterprise systems. The existing SAP Ariba landscape has already been successfully implemented in production and is continuously being expanded as part of organizational changes and an ongoing S/4HANA transformation. In addition, further SAP Ariba modules are being evaluated and will be integrated in the future. As a result, the complexity of the existing integration and process landscape is increasing significantly. We are seeking support in the areas of interface management, API development, CIG mappings, and technical troubleshooting. The role works closely with internal SAP Basis teams, business departments, and existing SAP Ariba consultants. In addition to technical implementation, responsibilities include analyzing SaaS releases, ensuring stable integrations, and providing documentation and stakeholder coordination. ______________________________ __________ Responsibilities • Development and maintenance of SAP Ariba interfaces • Development and enhancement of REST APIs and web services • Support and optimization of SAP Ariba CIG mappings • Setup and configuration of: o CIG integrations o Communication channels o Endpoints o Certificates (TLS/SSL) • Analysis and resolution of technical issues within interfaces and mappings • Support in resolving authentication and connectivity issues • Review of existing integrations following SAP Ariba releases and updates • Development and enhancement of BADIs • Definition and alignment of: o Triggers o Data formats o Integration processes • Documentation of technical interfaces and coordination with stakeholders • Support within an ongoing S/4HANA transformation ______________________________ __________ Qualifications Must-have • Several years of experience in the SAP Ariba environment • Experience with SAP Ariba integrations and interfaces • Knowledge of SAP Ariba CIG • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP/web services, and integration scenarios • Experience with data formats such as IDoc, cXML, JSON, or OData • Knowledge of certificate management and authentication • Experience in troubleshooting and error analysis in SAP environments • ITIL and/or ITSM knowledge • Structured and independent working style • Very good English skills Nice-to-have • Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation environments • Knowledge of SAP SOA Manager • Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing or SLP • Experience in international project environments • Knowledge of SAP Basis-related integration topics ______________________________ __________ Framework Conditions • Start: ASAP • Duration: Long-term engagement planned • Workload: Approx. 1–2 days per week • Location: Remote • Language: English
