Job Description  Experience • 8–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Technology Delivery leadership roles • Experience managing enterprise software development programs • Experience working with cloud, infrastructure, and engineering teams • Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams • Experience delivering complex technology initiatives from inception through production deployment • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, or SAFe environments Must Have Requirements Program & Delivery Management • Strong experience managing end-to-end program delivery • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams • Strong planning, scheduling, and execution capabilities • Experience managing project dependencies and critical paths • Experience tracking milestones, deliverables, and release schedules • Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience Technical Understanding • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) • Understanding of modern application architectures • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and enterprise AI initiatives Stakeholder Management • Strong executive communication skills • Experience presenting program status to leadership teams • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders • Experience coordinating vendors, partners, and third-party teams • Ability to manage competing priorities and expectations Governance & Reporting • Experience establishing delivery governance frameworks • Experience maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) • Experience developing executive dashboards and status reports • Experience tracking KPIs and program health metrics • Strong documentation and reporting skills Resource & Financial Management • Experience with resource planning and forecasting • Experience with budget tracking and financial reporting • Experience managing vendor engagements and delivery commitments • Experience supporting cost optimization initiatives Leadership & Collaboration • Strong leadership and team coordination skills • Ability to facilitate technical and business discussions • Ability to remove blockers and drive decision-making • Experience working closely with architects and engineering leaders • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Responsibilities Program Leadership • Lead strategic technology programs from initiation through delivery • Drive execution against agreed milestones and objectives • Coordinate activities across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, and operations teams • Ensure successful delivery of roadmap commitments Stakeholder Management • Provide regular program updates to leadership • Facilitate executive and stakeholder reviews • Coordinate communication between business and technical teams • Manage vendor and partner relationships Governance & Controls • Establish and maintain delivery governance processes • Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies • Monitor program health and delivery metrics • Ensure compliance with agreed delivery processes Technical Coordination • Work closely with Enterprise Solution Architects and engineering teams • Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making • Coordinate release planning and deployment activities • Ensure alignment between architecture, development, and delivery objectives Financial & Resource Management • Support budgeting and resource planning activities • Monitor project costs and resource utilization • Assist with vendor management and contract-related activities Preferred Qualifications • PMP Certification • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) • SAFe Certification • Experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives • Experience supporting cloud transformation programs • Experience supporting infrastructure modernization initiatives • Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms • Experience working with managed services providers • Experience supporting data center or infrastructure programs • Experience within Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, or Telecommunications industries Success Criteria The ideal candidate should be capable of driving complex technology programs while effectively coordinating leadership, architecture, engineering, infrastructure, security, and external partners. The individual should be highly organized, execution-focused, and able to translate strategic objectives into measurable delivery outcomes. The successful candidate will act as the primary delivery lead, ensuring that Celestial Core initiatives are executed efficiently, risks are proactively managed, stakeholders remain informed, and business objectives are successfully achieved.
