Role: City Manager
Job Locations :• Surat or Ahmedabad
Nature of Role: Onsite / No hybrid option available
• 6-day work week
• Role may involve market visits within the city
• Leadership role managing on-ground sales assistants
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage city sales & service teams
✅ Drive seller acquisition and onboarding
✅ Build strong partnerships with retailers & distributors
✅ Analyze seller performance and improve growth metrics
✅ Implement scalable processes and operational excellence
✅ Train and mentor field teams for high performance
Who we’re looking for:
✔ 8+ years of experience in sales/team leadership
✔ Minimum 4 years of people management experience handling full-time
employees is mandatory
✔ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience in retail, e-commerce, or SME ecosystems preferred
✔ Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership
