JOB SUMMARY:
As a Retail Marketing Team Member (HO), you will play a critical role in
strengthening the effectiveness of the Retail Marketing Department by
providing backend support, coordination, and insights. Acting as a central
link between regional retail marketing teams and the HO Marketing function,
you will ensure seamless execution of POS processes, effective vendor
management, and comprehensive reporting. Your role will be instrumental in
enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining communication, and
contributing to strategic decision-making.
Role: Retail Marketing (for entire - AP & Telangana)
Base Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and execution of
marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the Point of Sale (POS) experience
and strengthening the brand presence. You will play a crucial role in
creating a unique and compelling retail environment for our products.
Qualifications:
·
Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Degree in Retail
is a plus.
·
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on retail and POS Stores
Development and branding.
·
Knowledge of the tile or building materials industry is highly desirable.
·
Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate activities across
multiple stakeholders.
·
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
·
Creative thinking and ability to design visually appealing retail spaces.
Responsibilities:
·
Ensure brand messages adhere to established guidelines.
·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand
identity.
·
Oversee the visual merchandising strategy for POS counters, ensuring a
visually appealing and cohesive product presentation.
·
Stay informed about competitors& strategies and implement best
practices.
·
Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while achieving marketing
objectives.
·
Coordinate with the central Marketing team to fulfil merchandising needs
efficiently. Point of Sale (POS) Management:
·
Devise and implement strategies for establishing point of sales, ensuring a
consistent and appealing brand representation.
·
Develop, execute, and manage point-of-sale materials for the brand.
·
Analysing the space at POS counter and and sharing the brief with architect
in order to draft the layout.
·
Keep data related to POS organized and up-to-date.
·
Provide assistance to retail partners/dealers in executing showroom layouts
·
Work closely with retail partners/dealers to implement consistent brand
messaging and visual identity at their POS locations.
·
Provide support and resources to help partners enhance the presentation of
our products in their stores.
·
Conduct regular visits to POS formats for review.
·
Provide constructive feedback on display setups to enhance visual appeal.
·
Handle the loyalty/reward program as per the company policy.
·
Support the execution of events and exhibitions to promote the brand.
Indoor & Outdoor Branding:
·
Design and implement effective Point of Sale (POS) branding initiatives for
retail partners and exclusive stores.
·
Develop POS materials, displays, and signage to drive product visibility and
customer engagement.
·
Implement and oversee indoor and outdoor branding at dealer showrooms.
·
Ensure that branding elements align with the overall marketing strategy.
Vendor Management:
·
Manage relationships with vendors involved in branding and merchandising.
·
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
