About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the Kanpur market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both Retail Sales and Project Sales within the building materials industry and possess a strong network of dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and influencers.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Handle both Retail Sales and Project Sales activities.
Develop and strengthen dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
Generate business through architects, builders, contractors, interior
designers, and consultants.
Promote the company's complete product portfolio.
Identify new market opportunities and expand market coverage.
Conduct regular dealer visits and market surveys.
Ensure product availability across assigned territories.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
Maintain healthy collections and control outstanding payments.
Conduct product demonstrations and contractor meets.
Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners and project stakeholders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
