Manager - Front Line Banca Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Manager for our Front Line Banca Sales
team at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. This role is pivotal in establishing and
nurturing relationships with banking partners, driving health insurance sales,
and enhancing overall customer satisfaction to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Front Line Banca Sales team to maximize performance and
sales output.

Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and strengthen
partnerships with banks for effective health insurance product distribution.

Conduct regular training and workshops for team members to improve sales
techniques and product knowledge.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly and monthly
sales reports for senior management.

Foster strong relationships with bank branches to ensure alignment and
collaboration on sales initiatives.

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all sales
processes and interactions.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or
financial services.

Proven track record of managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of the banking sector and health insurance products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
long-term relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in Bancassurance models and strategies.
