VRM Axis Tele Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The VRM Axis Tele Sales Executive at Niva Bupa Health Insurance plays a
pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement through
proactive communication. This position is essential for expanding our client
base and promoting our comprehensive health insurance solutions to a diverse
audience.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage potential clients through outbound calls to explain and promote Niva
Bupa's health insurance products.

Utilize effective selling techniques to convert leads into sales while
ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry
trends to provide accurate information to clients.

Record and manage all customer interactions in the CRM system to track leads
and sales performance.

Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and
to identify further sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, analyzing performance against

Requirements:
