Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager for Axis Tele Sales will drive sales strategies and
manage a dynamic sales team to achieve ambitious targets in the Gujarat and
Madhya Pradesh regions. This role is pivotal in shaping market presence and
ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while fostering a high-performance
culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and
achieve sales goals in the assigned regions.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are
motivated and equipped to achieve their targets.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
for growth and expansion.

Requirements:

tele sales industry.
