Key Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience specializing in the Next.js ecosystem. The role involves developing high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications, leveraging Next.js for both frontend and backend functionalities to deliver a seamless full-stack experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Next.js/MERN
• Build end-to-end features using Typescript, integrating frontend with backend API routes
• Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases and queries
• Improve application performance using Core Web Vitals best practices (code splitting, caching, image optimization)
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (Amplify / S3 / Cloud Front)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Tech field
• Frameworks: Next.js (Expert), React.js, Express.js
• Languages: TypeScript (Preferred), JavaScript (ES6+)
• Database: MongoDB, Redis
• Authentication & Security: NextAuth.js (Auth.js), JWT, OAuth

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
