Key Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) or MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js) stack. The role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications, handling end-to-end development, and ensuring best coding practices across frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using MERN or MEAN stack technologies
• Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js or Angular (8+)
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Create, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases (schema design, aggregation, indexing)
• Integrate internal and third-party APIs and services
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and product teams
• Follow best practices for clean code, architecture, and maintainability
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning
• Manage version control using Git and support CI/CD processes

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in MERN or MEAN stack development
• Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (React or Angular)
• Experience in RESTful API design and backend development
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript and web technologies
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
