Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on
OpenShift L3 Support Engineer
to work on a challenging and dynamic environment focused on building
workflow automation solutions that simplify existing manual processes. The
ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OpenShift administration,
ODF (Ceph Storage), container platforms, and infrastructure automation.
Roles & Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift environments.

Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of OpenShift
clusters.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cluster health and performance.

Manage and administer ODF (OpenShift Data Foundation) / Ceph Storage.

Implement and maintain security best practices across the OpenShift
platform.

Diagnose and resolve platform, networking, and storage-related issues.

Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support seamless
application deployments.

Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge
articles.

Provide technical guidance and training to team members.

Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
Mandatory Skills
-
10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in OpenShift Administration.

Hands-on experience with ODF (Ceph Storage).
-
Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
-
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Strong understanding of containerization technologies and Docker.

Knowledge of networking, SDN/OVN Kubernetes, and security in containerized
environments.

Proficiency in Linux Administration and Shell Scripting.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
