KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·        Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.

·        Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum framework and continuous improvement.

·        Track sprint velocity, burndown, release readiness and delivery metrics.

·        Remove delivery impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.

·        Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy prioritized backlog.

·        Coordinate Engineering, QA, Product, Architecture and Business stakeholders.

·        Publish Jira dashboards and management reports.

·        Drive retrospective action items and delivery excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES

·        BE/B.Tech or equivalent.

·        10–12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years as Scrum Master.

·        CSM/PSM certification preferred.

·        Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira and Confluence.

·        Excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Understanding of cloud-native application delivery and SDLC.
