Key Responsibilities

Own the architectural vision, design, and development of next‑generation
hardware design environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and
alignment with enterprise strategy.

Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, DevOps teams, and
engineers to translate requirements into robust technical designs and
solution roadmaps.

Provide technical leadership across system design activities, including
architecture reviews, design validation, and guidance across diverse
technology stacks.

Evaluate and optimize existing architectures; recommend improvements
through engineering reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead scoping and impact analysis for major change requests, providing
accurate estimates and architectural direction.

Determine system load, capacity, security, and infrastructure requirements
to support high‑performance design environments.

Ensure all solutions meet functional/technical requirements, comply with
architectural standards, and integrate seamlessly across systems.

Identify and mitigate architectural risks; ensure delivery of stable,
scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Technical Expertise

DevOps & automation: Git, Ansible, Salt, Satellite, ServiceNow,
Python, AWS.

Semiconductor/EDA ecosystem: EDA tools, Flexera, LSF, Slurm, ETX.

Strong background in HPC, CI/CD, cloud, big data, and ML Ops environments.

Architecture for large-scale design repository systems (DesignSync,
Perforce).

Designing and integrating GenAI‑driven automation, code assistants, and
knowledge search frameworks to enhance engineering productivity and
environment self‑service.

Monitoring & Observability: Implementing end‑to‑end monitoring and
analytics using SPLUNK, telemetry, log pipelines, dashboards, and
AIOps-based incident detection.
Profile & Strengths
