Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging robotics curricula that align with educational standards and meet the diverse needs of students.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and activities that encourage experiential learning and collaboration among students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing personalized feedback and support to enhance their learning experiences.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including demonstrations, interactive learning, and project-based activities to maintain student engagement.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and industry professionals to integrate robotics into existing programs and expand outreach initiatives.
• Stay current with technological advancements in robotics education and incorporate new tools and practices into the curriculum.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking skills among students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching or facilitating educational programs, particularly in STEM subjects or robotics.
• Strong understanding of robotics concepts, programming languages, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and student needs.
• Certifications in robotics or related fields (e.g., LEGO Robotics, VEX Robotics) are a plus.
• Passion for education and the ability to inspire students to explore STEM fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, Robotics, or a related field.
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design in robotics education.
• Familiarity with various robotics platforms and tools, such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and coding languages.
• Experience with classroom management and the ability to engage diverse groups of students.
