The Role
We are looking for a Physical Design Manager with experience in the
implementation of embedded MCU/DSP systems, to build and manage a new analog
design team. This team is chartered to deliver a series of differentiated
mixed-signal compute products.

differentiation performance and cost

Technical guidance & mentoring: Guide world-wide teams in technical areas,

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
·
B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
·
At least 12 years of strong technical experience physical design and related
areas – timing constraints, synthesis, test implementation, design
optimisation, power management, timing closure, electrical / physical
verification and packaging
·
Strong leadership credentials
·
An extensive technical background in the development of semiconductor products
or sub-components (IPs)
·
Experience with mixed-signal integration
·
Strong communication skills
·
Ability to define strategic actions, with appropriate design trade-off
analyses
What Else You May Bring (
Experience in some of the following areas is a plus)
·
Understanding of signal processing components or processing systems
·
Awareness in digital design & verification practices and requirements
· Analog circuit design, design modeling, IP characterization, etc.
