Product Owner

Job Summary:

The Product Owner will play a critical role in driving the success of our B2B SaaS solutions by effectively managing product backlogs and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. In this position, you will leverage your product delivery skills to ensure timely execution of features that meet customer needs and enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning and review meetings to ensure alignment on product vision and execution with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Analyze market trends and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and drive product enhancements.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline product development processes and ensure effective execution.
• Communicate product updates and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaborative participation.

Requirements:

• 4-6.5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management, specifically in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in product delivery with strong execution capabilities and focus on actionable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of collaborating effectively across departments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable projects.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks and leading iterative development processes.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to AI-driven products or experience in delivering AI features.
• Previous experience in the security domain would be beneficial.
• Experience working collaboratively with UX teams to enhance product design and user experience.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
