Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with over 11 years in IT, specializing in ERP or Workday implementation alongside Automation Testing. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and drive quality assurance initiatives to ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP or Workday implementation projects to meet organizational goals.
• Manage multiple implementation and testing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Oversee automation testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across ERP/Workday implementations.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, testing approach, and delivery milestones.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and project governance effectively.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Automation Test Engineers, QA Leads, and Project Managers towards successful project outcomes.
• Ensure implementation of best practices in test automation, CI/CD integration, defect management, and quality assurance.
• Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing project risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution estimation, project planning, and delivery proposals.
• Mentor and guide project managers, QA leads, and automation teams to enhance team performance and delivery.

Requirements:

• 11+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 4+ years in Delivery/Program Management.
• Strong experience managing ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) or Workday projects.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Testing for enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Opkey, Selenium, Tosca, UFT, Playwright, or similar.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes and implementation lifecycle.
• Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing global delivery teams with offshore/onshore coordination.
• Knowledge of test management, defect tracking, and CI/CD tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role involving complex ERP or Workday projects.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) or relevant software testing methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and their integration.
• Ability to drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
