Senior Oracle Cloud Tech Lead

Job Summary:

Join Opkey, a premier cloud-based ERP Lifecycle Optimization Platform, as a Senior Oracle Cloud Tech Lead. In this pivotal role, you will enhance our automation products while collaborating closely with enterprise customers to optimize their Oracle Cloud experiences, making implementations faster, safer, and more predictable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product and engineering teams to design and expand capabilities of Config Agent and Testing Agent across Oracle HCM, ERP, and SCM.
• Define the technical architecture for data discovery, extraction, transformation, and loading of Oracle configuration data.
• Provide expertise on data conversion and transformation strategies, including source-to-target mapping and reconciliation.
• Guide product handling of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher outputs ensuring alignment with customer environments.
• Advise on integration patterns with OIC, REST/SOAP web services, and ESS scheduling, ensuring comprehensive validation.
• Leverage RICEF architecture experience to shape coverage, test design, and configuration scope decisions.
• Support customers during implementations and quarterly Oracle releases by troubleshooting issues and validating agent behavior.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of hands-on Oracle technical experience, specifically with Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM required; ERP/SCM preferred).
• Deep expertise in HDL, including business object structures, load orchestration, and large-volume conversion strategies.
• Proven experience in delivering data conversions from legacy systems (EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday) into Oracle Cloud.
• Strong development experience in HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas within payroll, absence, and benefits contexts.
• Integration build experience with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ESS jobs.
• Experience with full-lifecycle RICEF build and architecture, demonstrating design, build, testing, and production support.
• Ability to convey Oracle platform behaviors into actionable product requirements for engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with test automation platforms or ERP testing practices.
• Experience with AI tools, automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, RPA), or agentic AI concepts.
• Knowledge of Redwood / Visual Builder Studio and Oracle’s UI extensibility direction.
• Prior involvement with SI partner delivery teams on Oracle Cloud programs.
