Manager – Martech and Channel Modernization
Role Overview
This role focuses on improving marketing channel performance and
translating business needs into actionable use cases. The individual will
work closely with marketing, analytics, and platform teams to identify
opportunities, define structured solutions, and drive initiatives from
concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Performance Analysis & Optimization

Analyze performance across marketing channels (email, paid media, web,
etc.) to identify improvement opportunities

Use data and insights to recommend changes to targeting, messaging, and
channel mix
-
Support continuous improvement through structured testing, measurement,
and iteration
2. Use Case Development (Core Responsibility)

Translate business needs into
clear, structured use cases
, including:

Problem statement

Proposed solution
-
Expected business impact
-
Data and platform requirements
-
Work with stakeholders to refine use cases and ensure alignment on scope
and outcomes

Standardize templates and approaches for defining and documenting use
cases
3. Cross-Functional Execution & Coordination

Drive use cases through execution by coordinating across:

Marketing teams
-
Martech/platform teams
-
Data and analytics teams
-
Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers
-
Ensure initiatives move efficiently from concept to activation
4. Martech & Platform Collaboration

Leverage understanding of marketing platforms (e.g., marketing
automation, CRM, CDP) to:

Translate business requirements into platform-relevant use cases
-
Ensure feasibility and scalability of solutions
-
Partner with platform teams to support execution of use cases
5. Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Measure the impact of implemented use cases against defined objectives
-
Feed insights back into future optimization cycles
-
Build a repository of learnings and best practices
Experience & Skills
Experience
-
8–10 years in Marketing Operations, Growth, Channel Optimization, or
similar roles
-
Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing environments preferred
-
Demonstrated experience in
taking initiatives from idea to execution
-
Experience working with the Adobe suite of products, marketing
automation platforms, and Salesforce.
