Primary Responsibilities:

Content Execution & Publishing
-
Execute approved digital and social content plans across paid, owned,
and earned channels
-
Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and trafficking of content
across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, X, and YouTube
-
Adapt creative assets for platform-specific formats, placements, and
technical requirements
-
Campaign & Creative Collaboration
-
Partner with creative and design teams to version, resize, and optimize
content assets for digital and social delivery
-
Support execution of B2B, B2C, and Provider campaigns as defined by the
Channel Lead

Ensure campaign assets are approved, compliant, and production-ready
prior to launch

Platform Optimization & Quality Assurance

Perform in-flight optimizations such as timing adjustments, format
swaps, and CTA refinements within defined guardrails
-
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of copy, links, tags, and
metadata
-
Identify and escalate risks, issues, or performance anomalies in a
timely manner

AI & Tool Enablement
-
Support implementation and usage of AI-driven tools to streamline
content development, adaptation, and publishing
-
Leverage automation and platform tools to improve speed, efficiency, and
consistency of execution

Provide feedback and learnings to inform tool and workflow optimization
-
Performance Tracking & Reporting Support

Track platform-level performance metrics including engagement, reach,
and basic efficiency indicators
-
Prepare first-level performance summaries and dashboards to support
channel reporting
-
Surface insights, trends, and early signals to the Channel Lead for
optimization discussions
-
Governance & Compliance
-
Ensure all content adheres to established brand guidelines,
tone-of-voice standards, and compliance requirements
-
Follow defined workflows, approval processes, and documentation
standards
-
Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate records of published
content and approvals
-
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company
policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not
limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations,
change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of
work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and
other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
-
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or
content operations roles
-
Hands-on experience with major social platforms and familiarity with paid
and organic social execution.

Experience working with content management systems and social publishing
tools; AI-based tools preferred.

Proven solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to
manage multiple priorities simultaneously
