Java Fullstack-Angular

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business Analysis and QA team members in understanding the functional and technical design for processes identified for application and platform development
• Design and develop/code software components including web applications, on the following platforms: Java, J2EE, Spring MVC
• Design, develop, validate and maintain application software working with established processes 
• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize the applications using approved AI tools 
• Work on automating redundant processes 
• Adapt to new programming languages, methodologies, platforms and frameworks to support the business needs
• Provide support and guidance to team on issues escalated by the client
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree
• Java Developer with 7+ years of experience in Java, J2EE technology stack
• Familiarity with Cloud environments and cloud container technologies
• Solid understanding of Spring MVC framework 
• Experience developing Liferay applications in Java MVC architecture using Spring framework
• Experience working with JavaScript frameworks including Angular and React
• Experience working with continuous integration using Maven, Jenkins and other DevOps CI environments 
• Experience of GitHub, GitHub Actions 
• Exposure to developing RESTful and SOAP web-services
• Proficient in core Unix commands for managing file systems and processes
• Working knowledge of Oracle database and writing SQL scripts 
• Proven good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Demonstrated ability to provide quick issue resolutions or workarounds, as required
