Legal Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Legal Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the legal affairs of
our publicly listed organization, ensuring compliance and effective
communication with external legal stakeholders. This position not only
supports ongoing litigation matters but also enhances corporate governance
activities, contributing to the overall success and integrity of the
organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate closely with external legal stakeholders to manage ongoing
litigation and ensure timely progress and resolution.

Comprehend and analyze legal documents, taking appropriate actions to
mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Monitor legal matters by liaising with internal teams, external legal
counsel, and regulatory authorities to provide comprehensive support.

Maintain and track contracts, agreements, legal notices, and statutory
documentation, ensuring timely follow-up and closure for all legal matters.

Provide regular updates and status reports to management, ensuring that all
legal movements are in the best interest of the organization.

Coordinate corporate governance activities, including Board meetings,
resolutions, statutory records, and collaboration with Company Secretaries
and auditors.

Organize and secure confidential business, legal, and personal documents for
easy retrieval while ensuring total confidentiality.
Requirements:

Proven knowledge of legal implications in publicly listed organizations.
