Secretary - Director's Office (Female Only)
Job Summary:
The Secretary to the Director's Office plays a crucial role in providing
comprehensive executive support, ensuring smooth operations within the
executive team. With a focus on high-level coordination among multiple
stakeholders, this position is designed for a proactive individual who seeks
to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our directors.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive executive support to the Directors by managing all
official and personal activities efficiently and confidentially.

Manage the director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel plans,
itineraries, and daily priorities to ensure seamless operations.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure
timely execution of business initiatives and decisions.

Manage business correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up on
actionable items effectively.

Act as the primary point of coordination for communication between the MD
and senior leadership, customers, vendors, bankers, consultants, and other
stakeholders.

Maintain organized and secure records of confidential business, legal, and
personal documents, ensuring easy retrieval and complete confidentiality.

Monitor key assignments and strategic projects, proactively following up
with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting senior
management or executives.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to
prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting
with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and
management information systems (MIS).

High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive
information.

Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
and judgment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in coordinating with house help, drivers, and managing personal
errands.

arrangements.
