Job Description:
Checking
all emails (sales and marketing team) and ensure that reply/close by
respective team member within time frame.
Coordinate
with the global customers and service them as per the requirement.
To handle
enquiry and to send pricing to the global customers.
Co-ordination between customer and factory people for smooth process of
transaction.
To check PO
received from customer and sales orders entered in system for processing
all orders with accuracy and timelines.
Acknowledge
of PO’s and inform EDD to customer.
Preparation
of sales reports/sales strategy PPT’s as per management requirement.
Co-ordination
with regulatory team to complete the requested documentation from
customer and submit the same within the given time.
To assist
sales manager and sales team to ensure set goals are achieve.
To assist the VP
of the department .
Full fill requirement
and taking care of ISO Audit and Internal audit.
Keeping track of
Enquiries / Orders.
To send weekly meeting
agenda and MOM
To send daily orders received for manager.
