About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team by handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and coordinating with internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Prepare and send quotations and follow up for order confirmations.
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain customer records, sales data, and follow-up schedules.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate leads through telecalling, online portals, and customer references.
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Candidate Requirements
Female candidate.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, telesales, or
business development.
Good spoken and written English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional language will
be an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet applications.
Ability to learn technical products and explain them to customers.
Well-groomed, organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
