Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Marketing & Value Proposition Development • Develop and continuously refine compelling, differentiated value propositions for PolyPeptide across target markets and customer segments. • Translate complex scientific, technical, and manufacturing expertise into clear, customer-focused marketing messages. • Support brand positioning initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. 2. Lead Generation & Demand Creation • Design, implement, and optimize lead generation strategies to build a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Identify priority segments, market trends, and growth opportunities in alignment with commercial objectives. • Manage and improve marketing funnels to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness. 3. Campaign & Webinar Management • Organize webinars and thought leadership programs in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders. • Define target audiences, messaging, and content strategies to maximize engagement and lead acquisition. • Ensure effective lead nurturing and structured handover of qualified opportunities to the commercial team. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Commercial, Innovation, Technical, and Product Development teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. • Support commercial teams with relevant marketing materials, customer insights, and campaign-driven opportunities. • Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders to ensure market needs are accurately reflected in marketing strategies. 5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization • Monitor, analyze, and report key marketing and lead generation metrics, including lead volume, qualification rates, and conversion performance. • Generate actionable insights from marketing analytics and customer engagement data. • Continuously optimize campaigns, content, and lead generation activities to improve ROI and business outcomes.
